Chiropractic Services
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments.
We believe in honoring individuality and the truth that everybody is different. That’s why we take time to understand your story (where you’ve been), your goals (where you want to go), and what’s been holding you back—then we build a plan that makes sense for you.
NetworkSpinal Adjustment
This advanced, gentle chiropractic technique works with the body's innate intelligence to release stored tension and promote greater ease in the spine and nervous system. Developed by Dr. Donald Epstein, this method uses precise, light-touch contacts along specific areas of the spine—called spinal gateways—to help the brain better perceive and regulate the body. Rather than forcing the spine to move and pop, NetworkSpinal helps reorganize neural patterns and facilitates spontaneous, wave-like movements that support physical, emotional, and energetic healing. Over time, this process empowers the body to self-correct and adapt more effectively to stress, promoting a deeper sense of connection, vitality, and well-being.
Somato Respiratory Integration™
Somato Respiratory Integration™ (SRI) is a mind-body practice designed to help individuals connect more deeply with their physical body, breath, and inner awareness. Developed by Dr. Donald Epstein as a complementary system to NetworkSpinal, SRI uses a series of focused breath, movement, and touch exercises that guide the practitioner through twelve distinct stages of healing. Each stage corresponds to a different level of consciousness and energetic pattern, helping to bring awareness to areas of tension, disconnection, or emotional suppression in the body. Through regular SRI practice, individuals can develop greater emotional clarity, presence, and self-regulation, empowering them to transform stress and trauma into conscious choice and life-affirming action.
